Alaska with UnCruise Adventures

I experienced southeast Alaska up close and personal while enjoying the comforts of cruising with UnCruise Adventure!

My trip to Alaska with UnCruise was nothing short of spectacular – the wildlife, the scenery, it lived up to all of my expectations. And I had a lot, this was my third trip to Alaska and the previous two were epic trips themselves. Alaska really resonates for me, the sheer scale of the place really puts life into perspective, and the sense of being in the true wilderness makes me feel incredibly alive. But the animals on this trip stole the show.  Alaska is truly a haven for animals and we got to see so many of them.  Whales breaching, bears feeding, eagles soaring, seals, sea lions, porpoises, mink, porcupine…  it was a trip I’ll remember for life.  And the main reason for that was because of how I got to see Alaska this time.

UnCruise Adventures

UnCruise is technically a small cruise ship company, but really it’s an adventure company that tailors the experience to your level of comfort. Each day you have the choice to go exploring by kayak, hiking through the forest, sightseeing from a skiff, or you can just take a stroll along the shoreline. Or, if just chilling in the hot tub on the upper deck is more your speed, you can do that too! The reason we saw so much is that almost every day you’re in a new and wonderful location.  That’s the benefit of cruising in Alaska. You can go where cars can’t drive and planes can’t land! I highly recommend that you look into UnCruise and throw out your current perception of cruises because this isn’t that. Learn more about UnCruise and where they cruise here.
