Ski the Beautiful Crystal Mountain Resort

Jemma and I recently enjoyed a rad weekend of skiing at the wonderful Crystal Mountain Resort! Crystal Mountain is such a great mountain because it has tons of terrain and you just can’t beat those views of Mt Rainier which are simply stunning.

Stay at Crystal Mountain

It was fun to stay overnight up at the mountain just walking distance from the lifts which was incredibly convenient. For Jem, getting two days of skiing in consecutively really helped her skiing.  The accommodation was basic but absolutely did the job just fine.  We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the The Alpine Inn Restaurant just a short walk from where we stayed.  Because we were up there two days Jem and I got to ski together a bunch which was a blast.  Jem also had fun with her awesome instructor during her ski lesson while I got to play on the harder stuff which worked out great.

Hot Tip

Jem’s favorite thing from the trip? The hot chocolate up at the Summit House of course! But as you can see in the video she wasn’t too keen to share it. ?

I really love recording my adventures with Jem.  These videos capture memories that we can share for many years to come so they are invaluable to me.
